Brilliant, I love the little attention to details like the fur and claws. I just can't understand how someone can make such a detailed image on the computer; it seems to me as though the mouse would be clumsy and limit people from making such details, yet clearly it doesn't! Anyway, nicely done ^-^

You're welcome ^-^ Ahhhhh, o.k., that makes sense xD Still seems like it would be more difficult than drawing it with a pencil on paper! And well, I have to give serious props to the people who do it with a mouse, then!

it was atleast for me harder in the beginning to draw with computer, and i still do enjoy more the actual drawing process when drawing traditionally :)

and indeed, i have respect for those who are patient enough to draw with mouse xD

But now would you call it more equal or how does it compare, now that you've had more practice with it? And I personally prefer traditional drawings for some reason, they look a lot more realistic to me. But not many people do traditional anymore, it's mainly drawn up on the computer or with tablets :/ Is it easier to draw on the computer than to draw it traditionally on paper?

yes definitely it's more equal now :) i love to look both digital and traditional art, and you can get a very traditional-like look with computer too, i admire those who can paint like that digitally:) i don't know about the realism, i think it can be done very well digitally too, but this is a matter of taste :) ^^  i think there is a lot of traditional artists nowadays too, but for some reason it's a lot harder to get 'popular' here in dA with traditional art i think, unless it's something really unique, and overall i feel like this community focuses more on digital arts.

and it depends.. i think drawing digitally is harder when you do this kind of pieces when you have to get the lineart very clean and specific, i don't do that kind of work traditionally (though i imagine this could be similar to working with inks or thin markers?). but why i enjoy doing traditional more is because you have the 'feel of the material' if you know what i mean : DD

That's good :) Oh yeah, don't get me wrong, I like both styles. I just tend to prefer the traditional pieces more that digital art, when it really comes down to it. Yeah, I've seen some like that too and they're definitely impressive! I can also respect anyone who can create that kind of work digitally. Yeah, that's not really what I mean. It's just, I'm sure you know how it is, you like a certain thing or a certain style, and you can't really explain it to someone why you like it better, you just know that you do? That's how it is for me a traditional art, I just appreciate it more for some reason. But I can respect someone else liking digital more  Yeah, they're a lot harder to find here as well. Most of the artistic people that I know in person prefer to draw or paint on paper rather than doing digital art, but on here I find that most people stick to digital. Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that this is an online source, so it's easier for them to work with art online, while with my friends in real life it's easier to draw and paint traditionally, because they can display their work to others more effectively?
Yeah, I would imagine that it would be more difficult with either one with this kind of detail. And I guess really it would depend on the person whether it's easier to do someone traditionally or digitally. And yeah I know what you mean; I don't draw so I can't feel it that way, but I do enjoy writing, and that's why I prefer to write things out on paper rather than type them up on the computer. It's a lot faster and easier on the computer, so I do it more often when I need to do a large project, but I still prefer to write with a pencil and paper when I'm only doing a small work, because I just enjoy that materialistic feel :D

yes of course, i understand!:)

and you're right atleast for me one reason why i don't post my traditional art is because it doesn't give the same effect when you take a picture of it or scan it to the computer :/ and it also takes more time, i'm lazy :'DD

i'm sure too it's very personal what one finds easier to do ^^ i don't really write that much but i like to write poems sometimes and i would never write them with computer, it just isn't the same thing when you're putting you're feelings into them i think : D haha don't know if that made any sense!
